It's okay to feel angry sometimes, we can't control how things make us feel. what doesn't bother some people, might bother others; each person is different. However if I was feeling angry over things I hadn't before or that didn't seem worth getting angry for I would wonder if there was an underlining reason behind it , such as depression.

Of course! Often anger can be a catalyst to spark a solution. For example if you're angry that you're not doing well in school, this anger can often drive you to discover what is causing you to not meet your goals. In most cases it is very normal to be angry with the smaller aspects of life, so long as you don't let that anger harm or hold you back!

Feelings of anger are part of being human. Therefore, being angry is completely normal. Every person has differing levels of tolerance, so what may seem like a "small" thing to one, may actually be quite a mountain of an issue to another.

I think it depends on the situation and your mood. When we are in a bad mood we act so cold and become angry on small things.eventually its normal too.But we need to control ourselves and manage these type of situations.and make it calm and cool..so try to keep yourself cool and calm so that you can tackle this situations anytime ..... based on my experiences .... thankyou

There are many times in life when our hormones and emotions may get the best of us. Life likes to tell us to "Not sweat the small things", but it can easily become hard after many things on your plate pile up. When this happens, do your best to work it out! It may be a small thing, but many times its just the tip of the iceberg.

This question is pretty vague. It depends on your situation. If you have a lot of stressful things in your life, then yes but if your life is going steady, then perhaps not. If you're concerned about this though, you should go see your GP who will not only have your records but are also licensed and should know you pretty well, health wise. Your GP will be able to tell you if you should go to any self-help classes, give you self-help information and give you any tests that you may require. Otherwise, it could just be down to stress which again, they would be able to advise you on how to cope.

Everyone is different, I know that sometimes I wonder the same. In the past I've allowed myself to become guilty with myself for becoming angry about little things. Then I began to realise that little things add up and I was putting myself down. I understand that it's tough to feel angry with small things. I have found myself that in trying to come up with solutions to the little things. I can manger bigger things more effectively.

It's normal to get angry at small things it depends on your reaction to the small thing ya know ? I think it depends on the small thing . If its seems out of proportion then it's abnormal.

oh for sure! I've found that the flaring up at small things usually means there is a bigger issue I'm avoiding.

It’s very normal to be upset over small things in life. We are human and we are not perfect my friend. But you learn from those small experiences and hope they make you a better person at the end.
