I've graduated from peer academy and am really interested in volunteering to gain my certification requirements. I have lived experience with mental illness. I am kind and decent and intelligent. Im a good friend. I am spiritual. I just want to give back to my community.

Navy veteran of 5 years, married 36 years, retired, one son, one grandson and two dogs. Bipolar disorder well treated and controlled. 

But my hands were made strong by the hand of the Almighty.

Just a normal guy trying to be a little better every day. I genuinely like helping people and being there when they’re at their lowest. I don’t have all the answers, but I can listen without judgment. Sometimes, all we need is a place to vent and someone willing to listen.

Here to understand and try my best to make people feel heard.
