Empty Nester....now what :(
This is a phase of life that no one really prepares you for....the kids are off having their own lives and now you are back to being that person you were from 18+ years ago. I can't figure out if this is good or bad. It is definitely different.
-Anyone else struggling with this new phase of life?
-Any tips or suggestions for thriving as we start this new chapter?
@halcyonCloud2036 yes-my kids are 23 and 21. It has been a struggle for sure! I started a new business which keep me busy but now I feel all I do is work, like I am afraid to not be busy, so the time is filled, if that makes sense. I feel like it is an exciting time, but also scary too. Having to look at my life, my wants and desires, not everyone else first, and what that means for me. Trying to navigate it all.

Great Post!! I just keep busy. My children are 23, 25. college Grads.. I am here like what happened where did the time go.
