How do you deal with a younger and inexperienced boss who is so threaten by your experience that she constantly puts you down while others in the company value your experience, work ethic and input?

That sounds really challenging. I'm thinking that your boss was just recently hired/promoted for this position. In this case, she may not realize how valuable you are or what she's doing. Is there a way that you can talk to her? If not, does she have a boss that you can talk to?

When you find someone to talk to try not to play the blame game. I know it'll be hard but it'll only make things worse for you, unfortunately. Instead, what you want to do is say things like "I feel," "I..." Having this type of conversation will enable you to be heard so she can make improvements. It's quite possible she may not even know she's doing this, especially if this is her first time being a boss.

This is difficult, however if I were you I wouldn't help this person as much as you do
