Confused

Dear SuperNana, I'm sorry your struggling with things. I'm 55 and I think we as humans make mistakes at one time or another in our life. We beat ourselves up, but it's normal to make mistakes. I've made some bad choices too. I found a way to forgive myself for mine thru therapy and journaling. I realized I don't need to be perfect but forgiveness allowed me to move on and make better choices. I'm still a work in progress and everyday is a challenge. But I know I'm basically a good person and I can work towards a better me. Best of luck I hope this helps . ABB

Hi, I definitely know where you're coming from. I've made a lot of terrible mistakes too. It's hard and it hurts. I just take one day at a time and be grateful for all the things I do have. I know you're strong and can make it too. One day at a time, no giving up. I hope you have an amazing day.
