Just like the lyrics of the songs, I feel this well suits my life too. There's this constant urge to negatively view others. To assume that no one wants to support, be there or even tolerate me. But I know it's all a hoax. Just a cognitive distortion that I like to maintain. But, no longer. Each day I try and see the positivity around. I hope this helps.
