I was a.mess in all ways when I was younger. ☹️
I worked so hard making it through a day learning to cope, disorders, medication, ect. It really has paid off now. Way easier for me being older. Really like it.
Hormones are not raging.
No fighting with people
Moods leveled out
Simple routine, no choas 😱😭
Learned to accept and like myself own best friend
Not take things so personally
Trust self valadate self
I can't say enough how much trauma and drama I went through when younger Dv, addiction, homeless, diagnosed bipolar, bpd, scizosffective. Whew, glad that's over!
Congratulations on aging out. I believe that means you join the adults.

I trust my own instincts.

If you ask and I have an opinion, please don't be offended 😁 I speak my mind and a lot of times it is unfiltered.
I am old school and am no where near being politically correct or care to be. I really have to watch what I say in the office or HR would be writing me up. 😉
