i’m 17, i got diagnosed with borderline personality disorder ever since i was 15 it shows on my behavior and the way of thinking and my mood swings. i was never allowed to take medications so im dealing with everything myself rn and every time i feel like it’s getting harder and harder to control myself. i hate myself so much. bpd made me lose all my relationships with the ppl i love , all what im thinking abt now am i going to stay with this disorder for the rest of my life ?

It's essential to focus on self-care and finding coping strategies that work for you. This might include practicing mindfulness, engaging in activities that bring you joy, or journaling about your thoughts and feelings. Remember to take things one step at a time and be patient with yourself. Fighting this issue without medicine will only make you stronger. Communicating to others about your disorder is also helpful in creating relationships. If they leave you just because of the disorder, maybe having them out of your life is for the best.

@funnyLemon6836 i m sorry to hear here you are going through such a tough time but remember it may seem like forever but there is always a hope  for the  things to  get atleast litlle easier with time, i hope you are taking care of yourself in such a tough time, remember you dont have to go through all this alone, we are here for you
