Getting older and sometimes it scares me

Well ok, many times it scares me. I’m 61, married, and the past 30 have flown by so quickly it makes me dizzy. Is there anyone out there I can talk to?


I don’t really know why I’m so terrified of getting older…..ok maybe I do and just don’t want to acknowledge it.
