I am 67yo woman living alone. This pandemic has been .an exremely lonely time for me. I am struggling with depression and panic disorder and have recently started on new meds

There are many forums that you can join and we also have listeners who are willing to just listen to you and help shed light on what you are experiencing. Also under the Path tag if you click it you can find some self-help topics to explore.
Take your shoes off and get real comfy, don't forget to get your favorite drink and just stroll the site.
