Just saying hi

Hello everyone. I am from the UK, a couple of years over 50 and in the last few months diagnosed with anxiety, panic attacks and depression. I have joined all the other forums and sub forums but I guess I just wanted to say “hello”. I am not quite sure what I am doing yet I’ve been more of a reader than participating up to now. But I do hope everyone is having a good day. It’s evening here so winding down time. Thank you 🙏🏻
