Hello. I am 52, divorced for a year. I am also an empty nester, both of my boys are in the military. So much has changed in the last few years that I am just trying to keep moving forward.

Sounds like a bunch of changes for you. I'm in my 50s also and I've been through way too much during this transitional time. Just wanted to say your not alone and 7 cups has been a life saver for me.
