Bipolar and Anxious

I am 57 and was diagnosed with bipolar 1 in 1995. I’m going through a rough patch of anxiety about my children and I’m unable to sleep. Can anyone relate?

Hello there!
Sorry for the difficult moment.
Lack of sleep does not help but I understand it's something related to big worries.
Now i don't know if you sleep less than usual or if you don't sleep at all because I've heard Bipolar 1 condition can lead to that too.
Do you think there are coping mechanisms you can try, to help you relax and rest more?
