I don't eat rice often so when I do it's accompanying other foods requiring the use of a fork most times, so I just use what I have on hand

Depends what it’s with, but usually a spoon . Less mess

With whatever is available I'll use a spoon fork chopsticks or fingers. Fingers with sticky rice always

If I'm eating sticky rice I use my fingers. Any other rice I use a spoon.

Usually with spoon. But I can use fork too. Chopsticks sometimes when I eat out at Asian restaurant. :)
