We’re excited to announce that we are looking to add more members to the Anonymous Evaluations Team! This volunteer-based team plays a crucial role in enhancing listener quality and ensuring community safety on 7 Cups.

🔹 What is the Anonymous Evaluations Team?
This team conducts anonymous evaluations to assess active listening skills and ensure that members are receiving safe and supportive interactions. Evaluators use their findings to help improve listener quality through education and feedback.

✅ Who Can Apply?

To be eligible, you must meet all of the following criteria:

⭐️ Verified Listener status

⭐️ Passed all Active Listening tests

⭐️ Minimum of 5 written reviews

⭐️ 4.5+ star rating

⭐️ No behavioral reports in the last 3 months

⭐️ Meet chat quota: 10+ listener chats per month (adults) OR 5+ listener chats per month (teens)

⭐️ Strong commitment to confidentiality, impartiality, and resilience

🔹 How Do Anonymous Evaluations Work?

⭐️ Evaluators use anonymous accounts (provided & monitored by admin) to conduct General Requests or Personal Requests with listeners.

⭐️ After each chat, evaluators complete a structured form assessing key aspects of the interaction.

⭐️ These evaluations are completely anonymous—listeners will not know when they are being evaluated to ensure an authentic and pressure-free experience.

🔹 What Do Evaluators Look For?

Evaluators check for positive listener skills such as empathy, professionalism, and active listening, while also ensuring compliance with community guidelines. Some key areas include:

⭐️ Quality of active listening skills
⭐️ Response time & engagement
⭐️ Appropriate conduct & professionalism
⭐️ Inappropriate or harmful behavior (e.g., harassment, giving advice, off-site contact sharing, etc.)

Note: Evaluators do not leave negative reviews that impact profiles but may leave positive reviews for outstanding chats.
