January leadership meetings schedule- ideas please!

We are getting ready to start planning our leadership meeting schedules for January. In December we changed it up a bit and would love feedback as to what you liked and didn't like and if you have any preferences for skills trainings or anything else. Please post in the comments below!

@Jill7cups First off, I really appreciated how there was a set schedule posted ahead of time! I love the variety overall. For a future subcomm leaders meeting, I'd like the topic of team communication to be discussed (i.e. how to improve on team communication, maintain accountability, etc). :)
