Hi everyone! My name is Lucy, and I’m from USA. 👋

I’m a new active listener on 7 Cups, and I’m excited to continue growing in this journey of supporting others with empathy, patience, and compassion. Every conversation has been teaching me something new not just about listening, but about the strength people carry through difficult seasons.

Outside of 7 Cups, I’m studying hypnotherapy and holistic wellness, which has deepened my appreciation for the power of simply being present with someone. My goal is to become a better listener, encourage others, and learn from this amazing community of leaders.
