Waiting Period After Applying For Roles & Teams

This post includes some important information regarding the application process:

🔺 All applications require time to be processed. We have a team of volunteers who recruit, train and onboard. At times, it takes longer than anticipated depending on the number of applications received.

🔺 When can you follow up to know your application status?
After 1-2 weeks of applying.

🔺 Please be mindful of the fact that applying to join teams is only an expression of interest in joining the role or a team. Several factors need to be considered before approving a listener for a role.

Therefore, please do not reach out to leaders in Private Messages frequently, to ask them about the status of your application. It only adds pressure and puts them in a tough spot.
