ADHD question about preteen girl.

I am the mom of a preteen ADHD girl. We are having some serious trouble with a few things: cleaning her room and keeping it clean, bras are uncomfortable and distracting. How can this be addressed?

Nice to meet you.
It can be very difficult focusing on any one task for a long time.
Encouraging her to do small tasks to clean up will allow her to get things done and see progress and build up her confidence .
As for the bras , if she could get a good support bra, with no underwiring, she might feel more comfortable.
