Am I on the verge of addiction or physical dependence?

I've been taking this prescribed med since Mar.2022 for ADHD and major depressive disorder, and I'm supposed to have routine check-ups with my doctor yet I intentionally missed them all, for I'm so afraid the doctor will take this med away from me. (I live in a country where you can get refills from online pharmacies with dated prescription records, so I don't actually have to go to the hospital for more meds.) As I favor this med because it poses this tranquil effect on me and I do have a record of alcohol abuse, there's this constant fear that my addictive personality is acting up again.

Desperately need a fresh eye on this issue, is this concerning? And what should I do next? thx

P.S. The aforementioned med isn't a stimulant but it is supposed to have this stimulating effect on general takers, but it somehow makes me feel tired and tranquilized. Also, it's not considered an addictive medicine (which I adamantly checked before taking it).

@dapperCherry7228 It's okay to have concerns about your medication. Missing doctor's appointments can be risky, as they help ensure your health and the effectiveness of your treatment. It's crucial to be honest with your doctor about your fears, as they can adjust your treatment plan if necessary. Your well-being is the top priority, and your healthcare provider is there to support you. Seek their guidance/help for the best way forward. 🌟❤️:)

I would go see your doctor for your regular checks in, there’s loads of reasons for this, but the main one for me is, I have had prescriptions stopped coz I have not seen them in a certain time period (this is also online refills and prescriptions).

and if it’s working try and speak to them over the phone and explain to them why you don’t want to come and see them
