Avoidance of academic tasks - at the risk of being kicked out
I have one last chance to redeem myself with a huge final project or I will be "let go off" from my program. I use reminders on my phone (but I already have SO many) and I have ALL of the resources I could possibly need.
How do you guys keep yourself accountable with big tasks? I am tired of feeling guilty for falling behind and underperforming in school in the past. I'm wrought with anxiety and fear but I want to just move forward. Help me...my future is on the line. Any advice or chat will be appreciated. Thank you for reading ^^

I totally understand how you feel and it is definitely frustrating. Check out this post I made on time management: https://www.7cups.com/forum/StudentCareerSupport_114/HomeworkExaminationsandMotivationCorner_538/TipsforBetterTimeManagementinSchool_221857/
One tip I can give you is to put focus on the next step rather than the bigger picture. For instance, you know you need to finish writing 2 paragraphs for a research paper by tomorrow. Do not overthink by thinking about how much other stuff you need to do. Focus your attention on JUST those 2 paragraphs, nothing else.
