Hey, I just wondered what hobbies you all have tried? I know us ADHDers tend to do a million things for like five minutes and thought a big long list of things to try when our current fascination has stopped might be fun!

⭐ crochet

⭐ paper cutting

⭐ baking

⭐ reading

⭐ blogging

⭐ diy skincare

Great idea! I love your ideas.

Gardening (In pots by a window if you don't have an outdoors)
Pets (volunteer somewhere if you can't keep your own, or offer to help someone care for theirs)
Read/research a topic of interest and make a scrapbook about it
Sewing - there are so many different types!
Recycle old fabric items to make hair scrunchies, washcloths, dishcloths, all sorts of things.
Pottery
Join a club, group, class, men's shed, volunteer etc.

I also bake. I found running around grabbing ingredients was super helpful in slowing down

I only had standard hobbies while I was in school. Then I had almost no free time for all this. I was forced to choose and chose sports as a basis. then I supplemented it all with football betting. This is where I go every evening [removed] This is an original sports portal that provides not only recreation but also the opportunity to earn.
