I recently got prescribed medication for ADHD. This is my third day taking it.one of the side effects I do have is no appetite. What are some things you guys do when you don’t feel like eating and you have no appetite at all?

sounds like you are taking a stimulant? That’s a common side effect (you probably know that, sorry). Put yourself on an eating routine and make it easy to eat. Like, for me, when it gets around noon, I get up and get an energy bar to eat at my desk for lunch. Takes less than a minute and I don’t even have to think about it.

Ensure you are staying hydrated. Eat just a small amount, it gets better.
