It's important not to self diagnosis

Even if your husband thinks he can see traits doesn't mean he's right or wrong.

If you don't think anything of it, that's absolutely fine but if you ever start questioning, a professional is the best to support and answer any questions you have 💛

Hi @mamap2220 :)

Something all of us listeners truly believe in is that each individual person is in the best position to make decisions about themselves and it's not up to us (or anyone else) to give strict advice, make decisions or give diagnoses for others.

It might be helpful to get a little curious about why you don't think you have ADHD? How would you feel if you did? Why exactly does your husband think you do? Do any of my friends and family think you have ADHD too?

These questions don't need to be answered here on cups, just a suggestion of reflective questions. It is absolutely your right to disagree with your husband and not enlist further opinions.

Like Amanda said, if you are curious about ADHD please seek professional diagnosis support 💙

If you dont see it but your husband does. It may be there but not strong.

Its best to get checked out by a mental health specialist.
