ADHD helpline/email

Hi, does anyone know of and ADHD helpline (preferably) or email you can actually get through to/get in contact with? (For Scotland, specifically). I've been given ADDISS (I looked up myself, UK based but doesn't seem to exist)/CHADD (not my area, US only) and the Scottish ADHD Coalition (who never replied so also don't seem to exist).

I'd like some help talking through ADHD symptoms with someone who understands autism and also mental health issues. Might need to be a helpline/email for Scotland as opposed to UK though cos sometimes the help is different depending where you are.
