Hello, i live in Qatar and there is no medication for adhd here they keep guving me antidepressants medication nd i dont wnt to start taking these any one copping without medication l? Any advice

I am on atomoxetine a non stimulant adhd medication I thought it might only be stimulants that are banned in qatar it seems it is after checking.
I am also on antidepressants low dose anti psychotics and a mood stabiliser.
