@wittyBlackberry4568 I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through such a tough time. Dealing with anger problems, ADHD, and feeling like your personality is mixed and confusing can be incredibly challenging. It's important to know that you're not alone, and there are ways to address these issues and find clarity.

Seeking help from a mental health professional can be a crucial step in understanding and managing your emotions, especially if you suspect you might have a condition like ADHD or if you're concerned about your feelings and behaviours. They can provide you with guidance, support, and strategies to cope with anger and any other difficulties you may be facing.

Additionally, talking to a therapist can help you gain insight into your emotions and better understand yourself. If you need someone to talk to, we're here to listen and support you along the way. You're not alone, and reaching out can make a significant difference in understanding and managing what you're going through. Take care 💛

Have you tried listening to meditation audios on YouTube. That tends to help me. Give it a go

i feel this way too. it’s so hard managing everything i think i am. the anger problems are worse bc of the adhd since i’m often mad at myself for messing something up. and i just looked up sociopath tests today which is the same day im seeing this post so we’re quite similar. it sucks!

@wittyBlackberry4568 sadly, I can relate to this. I feel so lost and with no energy all the time. I even sometimes feel like I have speech problems and I can’t understand or do very simple tasks.
