Adhd and impulsiveness

I got diagnosed adhd couple years back and i wanted to talk about the impulsiveness that adhd brings into my life. Everyone is ofcourse different but my adhd brings a lot of impulsiveness into my life. It has caused me so much harm, regret and pain. For an example before my diagnosis way back when i was a kid i broke like 4 phones just beacuse i lost in mobile games, And got into so many fights beacuse i couldn't keep my mouth shut or fists down. But then i got the adhd medication and it stopped straight away. I felt so frustraited that my whole life i had to take one pill and all of that was gone. The next morning i woke up and forgot to take my own pill and then i had a MASTER plan to take the whole bottle to school with me and start to give the meds to my class mates beacuse i thought they needed them too and ofc i got caught and expelled.
