Diagnosed at age 28 and been adjusting to this new information for a year now. Yes I felt completely lonely at first as none of my closed ones would understand my struggles and would think its an “over reaction”. Its just nice to have someone that knows where its coming from ☺️. I would love to make more ADHD friends! Hit me up anyone who wants to make friends😌
