Deeply Hurt
I am going through a very painful emotional time. I loved someone deeply, and even though she hurt me a lot, I tried to accept and forgive her. She insulted my mother, yet I went to her because I loved her more than anything. She started seeing someone else, and even after her breakup, I accepted everything because my love for her was the strongest. Even though I tried to do good, I feel like she only saw my mistakes and ignored my efforts. I feel lonely, confused, and overwhelmed. I don’t want to blame anyone, I just need someone to listen and understand my feelings.
If she only see your mistakes and disrespected your mother than better you leave her without telling her mentally, emotionally and then physically.
That’s awful. Loss in any form is devastating. don’t ignore the feelings journal pray and get angry. Get mad in the healthiest way you can. Tennis, axe throwing whatever.
I wrote an amends letter to the people close to me that blindsided and betrayed my vulnerability when I tried to unlike myself and when my aunt was murdered. I can’t say even after three years that you can just move on. But you’re able to redirect your focus, work on your coping skills and have those down days when it all becomes all consuming. But one light bulb to all this is that I am so much closer to the people who care for me and put me first.
Ride the wave 🌊
I understand how feeling betrayed can take a toll on mental health. Talking about your experience and acknowledging your emotions is an important step towards moving forward. It seems like you already have a good grasp on your situation. You are able to make out what is right and what is wrong and that is a big step towards prioritising your wellness.
