Foods to help with ADHD?
Hello, does anyone out there have personal experience with foods that make symptoms worse or better?
Thank you this helps a lot. How do you prevent the coffee from affecting your sleep?
@humorousKite8840 I'm glad you find this useful! Just keep in mind it might affect you very differently, and I drink strong black coffee (coffee with sugar/creamer doesn't really work the same for me). Usually I just make sure not to have it past noon, and no more than about 2 cups, but that can change if I'm not drinking it regularly since tolerance varies over time. If I do ever get coffee jitters, (sometimes if something stresses me out and I've had too much it makes me feel extra antsy) I need to get out the energy physically, I've found an hour at the gym is really helpful at those times. Generally just something physical that tires my body out.
👋🏻 hello, i would suggest you to take your vitamins supplements regularly after consulting your health physician, especially Vitamin B12 and Omega 3 DHA, it help people who have neurological problems/disorders like ADHD and Anxiety disorders. and don’t forget also vitamin D3 is important too!
