How to be less exhausted?

Have you tried anything that helps?

I cannot for the life of me be aware and awake, without a stimulant. I can hardly function indoors but somehow I can do yard work just fine. Then I am sleeping half the day. I'm unsure if it's digestion related as I get extremely tired when I eat so I don't eat much and I am suffering from the skinny.

Do you have any tools on coping with the expectations of living? I can barely pay my bills because I can't be present and awake to work. My doctor saw my thyroid was under active and did not help.

Perhaps you could get some bright light LED bulbs in your house. Bright light is a stimulant.  We need bright light exposure  throughout the entire day. Also, would you consider  a rocking chair? That would give you a way to be active  even when you are sitting down inside of the house.

I live with my grow lights that are predominantly blue spectrum, so I have that base covered.

I fell asleep in my rocking chair and spilled my tea four days ago.

Are you saying try to be as active as possible to keep myself awake? It is having the opposite effect.

I believe you should find different medical help. If I doctor or facility doesn't help, try somewhere else.

It can be challenging to find a right pcp that would listen and try to help you.

I'm on depression medications and feel the same. Exhausted all day but my mind is doing a lot better. If I find out more, I'll let you know.

On top of that, my mother had thyroid issues ignored too and turned out to be cancer, luckily, another doctor caught it and had surgery to get it removes.

But don't give up, try seeing someone else.
