How to cure ! Suggest some ways

I actually don't know if I have ADHD or not . I feel restless my brain just can't focus on things for a long and in childhood my parents used to monitor me constantly when they're nearby . And now I can sense little steps easily can hear a car horn so loud i think this is some of the ADHD symptoms
