Hello, my kiddo was diagnosed with ADHD and I'd love any advice on how to help them. If there's any websites that are a good source of information, I'd like to understand it more too. I want to be a good support for my kid so any info is appreciated. Thank you.

Look for 'neurodivergent_insights' on Ins Ta Gram. She is an Autistic Researcher and Therapist specialised in all type of neurodivergeance. She has ton of excellent posts documenting them.
Ask also the Doctor who diagnosed your child. They are supposed to be the first person to give this kind of information, even though few really do unfortunately.
