I have Adhd
I was diagnosed with ADHD since I was 10 or 11 can't even remember but my journey has been interesting so far just to give some clearance I am 24 now and still struggling with the ADHD path but what I've learned so far is no matter what people tell you if they say your giving excuses or you're just lazy DON'T listen to THEM. medicine doesn't really help it only takes away your personality if you ask me so if you want to stay on the medicine to be more calm and focus then that's your root to go but I chose to get off the medicine when I was 18 i started doing more active work because I learned being more active running jogging painting worked for me and my mental health but let's be honest here everybody here with ADHD struggles to keep a normal pattern in their daily life I will start a new activity and in two days I will end it because I struggle to keep a normal rhythm but that's where the fun hits I can do 10 million things TO keep on mind busy because the busier my mind is by doing stuff it doesn't have enough time to overthink OR to get scared of the little things in life do with this information as you will Nessie out

I'm sorry that you are struggling.
It can take time to find coping strategies to make you feel more supported and like you 🩷
