I think i have ADHD

Can someone help me understand myself i get distracted even when I'm not studying can't focus more than 3 minutes without being distracted i still get good grades cus I'm smart and as a kid I didn't study unless Mom made studying fun like a game or punished me i overthinking everything i have ttm since I was 8 and i grab anything play with it and put it god knows where without even remembering that i saw it I'm in a really important year of my life and i really want to focus but i can't
