I want to someone can help me
In therapy, I talked about my breakdown after leaving work and briefly about my childhood. The doctor said my ability to respond is fine, probably thanks to past therapy or work experience. The real issue is emotional—anxiety makes me fear judgment, especially in new workplaces. Because I’ve felt disliked or received negative feedback, my body now interprets most comments as negative. What I truly need is listening and companionship. Past experiences made me feel abandoned, and only stable human connection—whether friends or a partner—can reduce my anxiety. Therapy explains, but I wonder what steps I should take.
I wish I had a friend who could give me advice, but I’ve managed to walk through it on my own! Thank you.

It's hard to shift negative thoughts when they've sadly been your reality.
They form your identity.
But they dont have to continue to be all that you feel and think.
There can be healing.
It's hard but you need to work on reminding yourself daily, that, you are worthy, you matter, you deserve to be happy. Let people in. Most people are genuine 💕💜
