Hello,

I'm having difficulties keeping my work inbox organized. Not sure if there are any add-ons or extensions that can help. I started a new career as a Project Manager.

Also, any other apps that can help especially with note taking please let me know.

Thanks!

@jharri45

There are a lot of videos on Youtube that explain different organizational tools, the most significant in my opinion is something that helps arrange priorities.

I used to make my own lists, based on things that had to be done, things that should be done and things that may never get done.  It  doesn't help when a supervisor insists on making everything the #1 top priority.  Ask which top priority should be done first, the might say "all of them," or "you figure it out."  The latter response is preferred by many supervisors because it allows them to shift blame in your direction in the event of a disappointing outcome.  Sorry, I'm just an old curmudgeon who gets tangential sometimes.  😏

Additionally, computers and smart phones have calendars, which can provide "to do" lists on  specific days, or schedule meetings, etc.

Finally, AI programs, such as ChatGPT can offer ideas on how to get started.

I hope this helps.
