Need advice on Ocean and passing a tests

i don’t know what to try or do. I have tried over the counter like Factor factor, neutiva, I have all so tried been given by dr over the year to help concentrate and nothing seems to work. I was just taking a class, and I keep failing tests., no matter how much I study when it come to taking a pastor test on the computer what I study in the material to remember I can’t seem to remember so I guess my question is what can I do to study I remember what I study. There any strong medication I could ask my doctor about besides Prozac or Ritalin? I am 43 and really getting prostrated about it.

How do you study? I read a book recently called A Mind For Numbers. It had some great tips. One is to have focus mode and diffuse mode. So study for 25 minutes and then do chores or exercise for an hour. Return to your work and try to recall the info or rework the problems. It gives your brain time to
process the information. I’m 45 and struggle with undiagnosed ADHD but I did complete my master’s last year.
