Neverending Loop

I finally made peace with the diagnosis and started to do the best I could with what I have. But It doesn't last: I make plans, start following a routine, getting things done and then BOOM, something trivial as my periods or a discussion with someone throws me off and everything crumbles. The worst part is starting over isn't that easy: it takes many days if not months of struggles (feels like a physical fight), feeling awful (hallway of depression kind of awful), unhealthy habits and self-hate, a lot of it. I don't know what to do anymore... What do you do when you hit a low? Do you have any tips?

@Chy9

When playing a game, we usually create save points which we can return to when things go haywire. Coz restarting the game again and again doesn't make sense. Create a save point, return to it when you can't go further. Atleast that way you won't have to start again and again.
