adhd testing + diagnosis in ukraine

hello everyone! i don't think that a lot of people here are from ukraine, but even if you are from another country - id like to hear your experience.

i am a minor with diagnosed ocd, anxiety and depression, but all of those were diagnosed without my knowledge or any testing, they were diagnosed after i talked about my symptoms. do you have to take a test to get an adhd diagnosis, do you have to talk about your symptoms? i want to be sure because my parents don't believe in me having autism or adhd whatsoever even though it runs in my dad's family and getting a diagnosis through tons and tons of psychiatrist visits can be hard and result in nothing. any advice will be appreciated! 🦭
