Bad perfomance

well this is my first time writing here. i'm having problems with my performance in the university. I love my career but some times I feel im worthless, so I can't concentrate the my grades goes even worst and is a circle where I cant find a way out.

I know that I can count with my family and friends but when I got the oportunity to ask for help.. I feel that, I gonna waste everyones time.

well, I was onlu writing as a way to speash my mind, but feel yourself free to do the same if you wanna share something about it
