Better days ahead. We all will progress just take baby steps
There is so much power in taking baby steps and creating small small goals. After a point of time achieving goals feels so comfortable like you are just playing a game, reaching level 1,2,3 and so on.

My goals are :
1). Having a good routine to follow
2) building a balanced a good healthy habits to be fit
3) To grow my business.
(You all can write your goals like this and then write baby steps everyday to reach them)

LEVEL 1: STARTING OUT
The baby steps I need to take:
1. To build a proper routine first I need to build a set time for my work , so I will be divinding my tasks to start out
First thing I will be doing is : working early in the morning, whenever I wake up I workout, have matcha, then go to my work desk to get things done. This should be as soon as possible, example: if I wake up at 6 my workout and matcha should be done by 7, I can then do cleaning around the house and go to take a bath and get to my work desk.
What will help me achieve this : not being on my phone in the morning, so I will have to use my phone in my work breaks or after my work.
My baby step is not being on my phone in the morning even after my workout, I will use my phone only after I get to my work.
My aim is to start my work asap in the mornings.
If I accomplish this: how do I feel? I will feel more than amazing because I will have so much time for myself.
I will not focus on any other baby step until this has been achieved to not increase my mental load

Today is the first day of me starting the level 1. It feels hard not be on my phone in the beginning of the day, it's just my default way to check my phone in the morning. I will try reducing the screen time and will try to get done with my work and then come back to my phone.

My level 1 seems hard to do and restrictive so it making me to do it even more, so I am gonna change it make it feel more easy to do.
Level 1: Your morning agenda should be to go and open your laptop as soon as possible.
This feels more doable and easy. And doesn't make me feel like my day will be less fun when I start. (What I learned is, that if i make my baby steps harder it will get difficult for me to move ahead with them, baby steps should be little, should be just minor changes which compound in time, but they should feel very easy, if they feel hard we are more likely to put them off.
Right!!
It still feels like I have made no progress. I will try to do better
