Depressed
am a med student by profession. Current enrolled in a med university. It was 5 months ago one of my fellow suggested me to invest in crypto. At thet time I didn't have money so i decided to invest my one year university fee, which was 600$ . He explainee me crypto in such a way as it was all fun to earn via crypto. So i agreed and invest in it without counting the consequences. As I was new I lost all the money to it. Now after selling my other stuff I managed only upto 200$ and now I am in a dept of 400$ . I share it publically so that someone could suggest something to earn it back while studying. I am being fined since March and it's 20$/month and it will rise to 25/month if i didn't pay the fee. I disturbed my studies since That day , also I am getting a mental patient by self day by day. Can't share with someone because of shame. Even I thought of suicide to get rid off all the situatios.
Now I want to manage it either by loan which i tried, all they give loan while interest on it, or I want to earn.
Hope expert will suggest me best to do
How to make myself feel ease, tried a lot but couldn't make it, i am now fully done, depressed, i was at the peak of my career and now i see myself being destroyed. It seems as I am done with life and all the things containing it.

I'm really sorry you're feeling this way and I want you to know this first you’re not alone and you’re not “done.” You're just hurting, not broken. What you’re feeling right now the weight of regret, the pressure of debt, the fear of being judged it’s all real and it’s heavy. But it’s not the end of your story. It’s just a hard chapter. You made a decision based on trust and hope you wanted to grow, to do better for yourself. That doesn’t make you weak, it makes you human. We all make mistakes, especially when we’re trying to reach higher. The world doesn’t teach us how to handle this kind of loss or how to bounce back when we fall. But you’re still here still looking for a way out, and that already makes you stronger than you think. That \$600 doesn’t define your intelligence, your worth, or your future. It doesn’t undo your efforts in med school. You are still a student with potential and you are not ruined. You’re just stuck right now not destroyed. The shame you feel? That’s the loneliness talking. But if you could see how many others have quietly gone through something just like this, you’d realize you’re not the only one. And just like them, you will come through this. Suicidal thoughts are a signal, not a solution a sign that your mind is overwhelmed, not that your life is unworthy. Please reach out to a counselor, a helpline, or someone safe. Your mind needs support the same way your body would if it were injured. There is no shame in asking for help. As for the debt it can be solved. Slowly, step by step. There are small ways to earn online without investment tutoring, freelancing (like writing, design, data entry, or translation), even basic remote assistant work. I can help you find realistic ones based on your skills and schedule. But first, breathe. You are still here. That means your story isn’t over. You deserve peace. You deserve another chance. And you will find a way not because it’s easy, but because you’re still willing to try.
Please don’t carry this pain alone. Let’s work together on a plan to start fresh. One step at a time. I'm here for you and I won’t judge, only help.
