Free but valuable courses in counselling?
Hi 👋 pals!
Wondering if you guys know anything about free online courses in counselling or first line support.
I knew this was my path since 13 y.o but of course I did something completely different.
Due to my natural inclination and lived experience I think I can help others. I can start with volunteering, but I also would like to study a bit. Though now I have already spent a fortune on other programmes, so I can afford only free resources or later on Coursera type of thing.
Any tips?

7 Cups does have some free training! There’s the basic listener course, plus a bunch of other training courses you can take after that, including things like the Community Building course. And if you ever want to go deeper, you can apply for the 7 Cups Academy programs like the internship or the leadership development track.
