Gratefully

I joined 7 cups as a listener 2 months ago. Today I graduated with AL1 cirtificate. Being a lived experience person of mental health issues, it has been a positive thing in my life as I'm rebuilding it step by step. Grateful to God, you all and myself for not giving up. Thank you.
