I had a silent meltdown

I freaking panicked at work today. It was silent but people were looking at me like WTF. I work st a clinic i also hurt my foot a few years back and it never really healed right. The pain I was feeling plus all of the commotion around me today made me have a panic attack.
It was awful Im debating calling in today.

I'm so sorry you went through this.
Pain is awful.
Remind yourself, you are safe, you are ok, you got through this, don't worry about anyone else and the fact that you were at work.
Give yourself time to rest and heal 💜💕
