Protecting Your Peace
Boundaries aren’t walls, they’re about protecting your energy, your peace, and your time. Saying “no” doesn’t make you a bad person, it makes you human.
A lot of guilt comes from thinking we’re disappointing someone. But honestly, the only person responsible for your happiness is YOU.
Start small. Say no to things that drain you, even in tiny ways. Over time, it becomes easier to honor your limits without apologizing.
Your boundaries teach people how to treat you. If you let everyone walk over you, they will. If you hold your ground, they’ll respect you.
It’s okay if someone doesn’t like your boundaries. What matters most is that YOU respect yourself first.
Just know, your time, energy, and peace are valuable. Saying no isn’t selfish. It’s self-care.
