Social pressure and dynamic on the start of the career

Hi this is my first time writing here I’m currently about to graduate from art collage and currently I’m going at a 3d course and i have a chance to get hired after finishing their course while that might be the start of my career and I should be grateful I’m getting a chance it doesn’t feel like it. I feel often major stress before going there and I seem to drag on tasks more then I should because I’m not having focus on it , while I know I’m learning I know my performance is being tested and I get extra pressure from that and often forget how to do simple things , I don’t talk to the people i share the same space with unless talked to and I have lost interest in maintaining relationships at workspaces so I don’t have any healthy way of dealing with it. I feel like I’m stupid when I ask for help on something and don’t know how to form the question i always end up misunderstood so I stopped asking for anything.

I also have a person in the office that makes me feel not qualified enough or that the way I’m doing things is wrong is like humiliating you professionally even tho they are suppose to tutor me and I have another tutor that seems uninterested in teaching me so I often either feel judged or just tolerated into the space because I’m not causing problems but I’m not making solutions either and I feel disappointed if this is gonna be my career and I’m gonna spend my adulthood like this .

I’m not brining any skillset to their interest or having any social chemistry with the workplace so I don’t have my hopes up for it but I don’t know what to do till this period ends I have one more month left my anxiety is getting major that I worry myself so much before even going and I don’t know how to deal with it anymore is destroying my mental health.

I'm sorry you are struggling so much 🩷

All you can do is your best.

Dont let anyone at work make you feel inferior.

Yes we all have different skills but you still deserve respect.

It's very important to the some small steps to open up, ask questions when you don't know, that's a strength and definitely doesn't make you stupid at all 💙
