The grind
Bit about me. I have had loads of jobs in my life. Think the most time I have stayed in a jobs is 5 years. So I ended up going to university at the age of 40 and got. A degree. Now I have a high payed job in aero space. But it makes me want to jump out a window having to turn up every day with my mess of asleep pattern. It makes it hard for me to get up. Then the smile turning up at work ( hello how you doing ) really Iam thinking go and F off. I hate talking to anyone there have nothing in common with anyone. I can feel myself falling to sleep because of the boredom sometimes in the day. My mind is at 100 and my body is at 10.
Hi @xadamx✨
Thank you for sharing. It feels that the sleep plays a very big part of this situation.
To me, sleeping well changes everything! When I don’t have a good rest, I am a different person
Congrats on getting your degree at 40!! And also on having so many jobs. If the one you are at now is not making you happy, maybe you would consider doing something else? Or the same thing but from home? Would that be doable? Maybe with less human daily interaction…
I hope your sleeping patterns align and that you feel a lot better soon
Sending lots of good vibes ✨
